Shipping and returns

Delivery costs:
In the Netherlands:
Orders above € 35,- will be delivered without extra costs.
For orders underneath € 35,- the delivery costs are € 2,95

Delivery to other countries in Europe:
The actual delivery will be shown by checkout

Shipping:
Our products will be delivered by UPS or the postal services.
Delivery by UPS means that you automatically receive a track and trace number.


Return:
In the Netherlands:
You can return your order within 14 days after receiving this order without telling us the reason. The costs for delivery back to us are for you. You will receive your payment back within 2 weeks after receiving your order.
Products which are custom made for you and therefore diver from the standard sizes like a pianocarpet in a custom size and/or a pianocarpet in another color than black cannot be returned.
